Jim Flanagan is the Founder and President of Union Now. He worked in the financial and mortgage industries where he found his true calling — providing services and benefits for Unions. He then founded Union Now which became the largest and fastest growing private provider of benefits for Unions in America.

Bill Neylan serves as the President of Union Now. After graduating from the University of South Florida, Bill began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked for several years while also founding Tax Refund Services (TRS).

For more than 30 years, TRS has provided income tax preparation services to consumers while partnering with large corporations, and labor unions across the United States. Throughout that time, Bill has remained committed to delivering meaningful value, responsive support, and respect to every client.  Bill’s vision is to expand access to valuable benefits and resources for union members across the United States, helping hard-working Americans strengthen their financial well-being and improve their quality of life.

Bill attributes TRS’s long-term success to a simple philosophy: putting consumers, companies, and unions first while maintaining a strong focus on their needs and interests. As he explains, “The secret to our success has been providing value, support, and respect to consumers when filing their tax returns. We put consumers, companies, and unions first while focusing on our needs last.”

Alejandro is a marketing professional with 30+ years experience in marketing for web, print, photo and video. He joined forces with Jim Flanagan in 2011 and has been serving the Union Marketplace ever since.
